Re-grounding the nervous system : An intimate share for creatives meshing their passion with business

So, I didn't see it coming, but I revisited some burn out post website launch and I wanted to dedicate this cycles Full moon VLOG to sharing the reality of how it all went, what I’ve learned, and how it will continue to go.

I think there will be allot of relatable stories in here for my fellow small biz creatives (especially the gardeners amongst us) but there is also a bigger and more general message of coming home to the soil, to the earth and remembering why it is that we do anything that we do and how we can practice re-grounding ourselves after times of big energy output and the inevitable stress that comes with the territory of building our big dreams.
